    Charlotte Jean Summers, 80, of Mount Ayr, Iowa passed away August 29, 2011 at Clearview Home in Mount Ayr. Charlotte was born Charlotte Garrels on October 5, 1930 at the family home in New London, Iowa.

    Todd Robert Kramer (known as Oopy to all in Mount Ayr), 42, died August 22, 2011 at his home in Grinnell, Iowa.
    Todd was born October 2, 1968, in Norfolk, Nebraska.

    Melvin D. Adams, 85, of Mount Ayr, Iowa died August 20, 2011 at Mount Ayr Health Care in Mount Ayr.
    Melvin was born April 27, 1926 to Luther David and Evalena (Pottoff) Adams.

Kathleen Baker, 75, of Redding, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at her home. She was born on May 18, 1936 to Fred and Sarah (Jones) Niggli in Hoskins, Oregon.

    Charles R. Caldwell passed away Friday, August 26, 2011, at the Mount Ayr Health Care Center of heart failure at the age of 85 years.
    Charles was born in Lenox, Iowa on October 27, 1926, the son of Charles and Faye Caldwell.

    Frances Geneva Matthews Fisher was born on December 31, 1925 in Delphos, Iowa and left this earth on August 23, 2011 at the Ringgold County Hospital.

    Dale Henry Kettle, son of Myrtle Mae (Bean) Kettle and Henry Allen Kettle, was born July 25, 1925 in Ringgold county near Delphos, Iowa. He died Friday, August 26, 2011, at Altoona Nursing and Rehab Center in Altoona.
