Nodaway Valley
Mount Ayr Raider and Raiderette bowling teams competed with Nodaway Valley on December 6.
The Raiders defeated the Wolverines 1966-1773.
The Wolverine’s saw Damon Wallace take the win in total pins with 348 and Ethan Johns was just behind in second with 330.
The Raiders saw slightly more consistency throughout the day which helped the Raiders overcome the Wolverine bowlers.
Mitchell Jackson had 301 pins on the day, while Willie Baker had 255, Jarred Larson had 204 and Nick Roemer had 187.
The high game for the day came from Damon Wallace who scored a 184, while for Mount Ayr the high game came from Johns with a 173.
The Raiderettes saw three bowlers competed against the Wolverines with Aubrey Reed, Harper Whittington and Ayla Murphy.
Reed led the Raiderettes with 282 total pins, while Whittington scored 184 and Murphy had 171.
Centerville
The Raiders hosted the Centerville Big Red on December 9 at Lucky Lanes Bowling Alley in Mount Ayr.
The Raiders fell 2121-1972.
The Big Reds saw the top three in total pins with Michael Starr, Sylar Esaias and Lane Belloma scoring 379, 305 and 302, respectively.
Ethan Johns was the top scorer for Mount Ayr with 293 total pins and Dylan Swank behind Johns with 265.
Nick Roemer scored 248, Mitchell Jackson scored 243, Jarred Larson scored a 235 and Willie Baker scored 217.
The Raiderettes fell to the Centerville Big Reds 1683-965.
Centerville took the top spot in total pins with 281 with Lydia Oldfield.
Aubrey Reed scored a 268 to take the second highest total pin count on the day.
Harper Whittington scored 221 to take third and Ayla Murphy scored 163 total pins.
