LORETTA LUCILLE REYNOLDS

    Loretta Lucille Reynolds, daughter of Billie Moore and Opal Irene (Vanderpool) Robison, was born, in Iowa, on February 16, 1934.
    Loretta grew up in various Ringgold County communities and attended country schools. Loretta married Francis Marion (Frank) Reynolds on June 1, 1950 at the Christian Church parsonage in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Loretta and Frank later divorced.
    Loretta lived in south central Iowa for most of her life. Loretta enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. She enjoyed car rides and getting out seeing the countryside. For the last 2+ years, Loretta has made the Mount Ayr Health Care Center her home. She quietly passed away there on May 18, 2016.
    Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Carol Reynolds; sister Ruby Newton; and nephew Billie Fifer.
    Survivors include her daughters Peggy Leigh and husband Phillip and Tammy Sutton and husband Timothy, all of Parker, Colorado; sister Rosa Fifer and husband Charles of Kellerton, Iowa; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends. Watson-Armstrong Funeral Home in Mount Ayr is in charge of the arrangements.
    Services were held at Maple Row Cemetery in Kellerton, IA at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016 with Pastor Kathy Johnston officiating.
    Casketbearers were Mark Comer, Roy Fifer, Jim Monroe, Joel Monroe, Randy Johnston, Mariah Fifer and Dylan Monroe.
    The final resting place is Maple Row Cemetery in Kellerton, IA. Memorials are in her name to be decided later.
