Walleye plan at Loch Ayr is taking shape

The Ringgold County Sportsman Club, the local Outdoor Alliance and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources along with the City of Mount Ayr will be collaborating on a project at Loch Ayr lake that will have a dual purpose in coming weeks.
