Mercer new Ringgold GenWeb coordinator

The Ringgold GenWeb Project has a new coordinator.
County native and MAC graduate Tony Mercer has taken over the duties after the January 21 passing of Sharon Becker, who had maintained the historical web site for the past 12 years.
