I just want to give a big old great job slap on the back to the guys at the secondary road crew.
This winter has been never ending with more on the way, maybe not the worst I’ve seen but bad none the less. Only a handful of people know what they have been dealing with stuff like trucks in the ditch sometimes on their top flat tires trying to tell where the road even is at night with blowing snow plugged air filters gelled fuel all this and a list a mile long of stuff that can and has.
Kind of like the insurance commercial says I’ve seen it. Yes they don’t get to everyone as soon as we would like but I can tell you they are trying to get there as fast as they can without throwing all the rock off the road as we know spring will come and need it there!
I know first hand a thank you or a good job can make you glad you tried your best especially as a “county worker”.
So to all the county boys at Ringgold county THANK YOU for keeping us so we can get to work and school !!!! I know you have spent a lot of time away from your families for us. And to everyone else maybe say thanks or at least not slam them LOL !!!
