Acting on a Ringgold County warrant,  on June 16 Ringgold County sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles Kelly Richards, 62, at his home in Ankeny.
Richards is charged with Ongoing Criminal Conduct Criminal Network (Class B Felony),  Theft 1st Degree (Class C Felony) and Dependent Adult Abuse Exploitation Over $100 (Class D Felony).
He was transported to the Ringgold County Jail where he is being held without bond until seen by a judge.
Any potential criminal charges identified above are merely allegations and any defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
