Stone Planning recently released its feasibility study for potential recreational facilities in Mount Ayr.
The 70-page report is comprised of sections devoted to potential facilities, a market analysis, site analysis, case studies of similar facilities, funding analysis, operational analysis, and summary conclusions.

This week the Stone report analyzes the characteristics and operations of two additional facilities that are similar to the potential concepts previously described as options for Mount Ayr. One is located in a similar sized city and one in a much smaller city.
