In keeping with a long-held Independence Day tradition, Ringgold County residents will have their choice of four fireworks displays this weekend.
The Sun Valley Lake Association will host its display on Friday, July 3.
Then on Saturday, July 4, displays will be set off at Loch Ayr north of Mount Ayr, at Firecracker Cove at Sun Valley Lake, and at the conclusion of the Clearfield Fourth of July celebration.
Clearfield organizers report this year’s display will be twice as big as last year’s and will include a special display courtesy of the Dave England family.
All displays will occur near dusk at 9:30-9:45 p.m.
