Scott William Thurman of Delphos, was convicted of delivery of methamphetamine, a class C felony and theft in the second degree, a class D felony.
For the delivery of methamphetamine, Thurman was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and restitution to the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $100 and was ordered to give a DNA sample to the Iowa Department of Corrections and was sentenced to 10 years in the custody of the Iowa Department of Correctional Services.
Thurman was ordered to pay a fine of $1,025 and ordered to give a DNA sample and pay restitution to K.C. Nielson, LTD of Harcourt in the amount of $1,058.73 and sentenced to five years in the custody of the Iowa Department of Correctional Services for the theft in the second degree conviction.
The sentences were ordered to be served consecutive.
