Why are you running for election to the school board?
I believe in providing a quality education to all children and will work to create a healthy environment to ensure that happens. Running for school board will allow me to utilize my experience and knowledge of business for a good use and to better my community.
If you are elected, what would be your top three priorities for the Mount Ayr Community School district?
Drive student performance by creating a strategic plan and policies that establish accountability for students, teachers, and administrators.
Improve overall staff happiness by actively listening to their concerns and finding solutions to their issues.
Providing a great learning environment for our children while staying fiscally responsible towards our budget.
