The Iowa Girls Coaches Association announced All-District teams this past week.
Mount Ayr saw one lone Raiderette on the list, with Maddie Stewart receiving the nod.
Mount Ayr’s close neighbor, Diagonal, saw Taylor Lumbard selected as well.
Joining the two Ringgold county girls in the South District was Abby Martin of Lamoni, Brynnly German of Martensdale-St. Marys, Jenna Stephens of Stanton, Sadie Cox of Lenox, Josie Hartman of Southeast Warren, Marleigh Johnson of Stanton, Emily Williams of East Mills and Avery Dowling of Sidney.
Coach Tim Baker of Martnesdale-St. Marys was selected as Coach of the Year.
