To the editor:
On March 9, 2021, my entire cattle herd was seized from my farm by authorities executing a search warrant.
The warrant did not include removing corn from my feed storage wagon by the driveway nor was my permission given to do so.
When I reported the theft to the county attorney, he replied that no crime had occurred even though the sheriff testified under oath on April 2, 2021 that his deputy got the corn out of my wagon and 2 witnesses saw the deputy take the corn.
