Wilma Lucille Moler, 89 of Mediapolis, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at the Klein Center in Burlington.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be directed to the family in memory of Lucille.  The Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Mediapolis is caring for the family. Wilma Lucille Prichard was born December 28, 1933, in Worth County Missouri, the daughter of John Ivan and Nellie Marie (Beauchamp) Prichard.  On November 8, 1953, she was united in marriage to Benjamin Moler in Mount Ayr.  Lucille worked various jobs over the years as a cashier, cook and secretary.  When she was younger, she enjoyed bowling, and later she could be found playing cards with her Mediapolis card club.  She hosted two friends, neighbors and family fish fries for years, liked Hawkeye Basketball, especially BJ Armstrong, baking, and she managed the family plumbing business for years.  Lucille was very fond of cats.  In her family’s words, her divinity was divine.  Most of all, she loved being with her family, never missing a grandchild’s sporting event.
Lucille is survived by her sons, Randie Moler of Burlington, Ron Moler of Mt. Pleasant and Rick Moler of Mediapolis; grandchildren, Scottie, Ashley, Lindsey and Nathan; great- grandchildren, Myah, Brantley, Scarlett, Tucker, Aaron, Hannah and Alyssa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Walter and grandson, Brandon
