Ringgold Foundation 2025 grant application available

The Ringgold Foundation is announcing the start of their 2025 grant cycle, and will begin accepting grant applications Tuesday, April 15.
This yearly application process runs April 15 – May 15, 2025. Funded grants will be awarded at the Ringgold County Fair in July.

Last year, grants were awarded to several non-profit organizations including:

  • Ringgold County Fair Association/Ringgold Cattlemens Association for Homestead Hall building updates;
  • Princess Theater for a new Marquee Sign;
  • Ringgold Outdoor Alliance flooring project;
  • Food Bank of Iowa to provide food for Ringgold County;
  • Preservation to digitize yearbooks;
  • Mount Ayr Chamber of Commerce for new picnic tables;
  • Bohemian Cemetery restoration project;
  • Diagonal School District outdoor sign;
  • Mount Ayr Library mural;
  • Ringgold County Development (RCDC) building updates;
  • Diagonal School District fitness equipment, library books and smart TVs for classrooms;
  • City of Mount Ayr to improve Judge Lewis Park drainage (Pool and Ballfields);
  • Mount Ayr Community School for art display boards.

The Ringgold Foundation is committed to improving the quality of life throughout Ringgold County by investing in area nonprofits through grant programs.

Grant funds are available to 501(c)(3) organizations and government entities serving Ringgold County.
