Joseph “Cody” Foster
Joseph Cody Foster, 34 of Diagonal, was arrested last Thursday afternoon.
Foster turned himself in in Page County, according to authorities.
On July 23, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department had issued a notice to be on the lookout for Foster. He was last seen between Clearfield and Diagonal after he ran into a corn field. A manhunt was unable to locate Foster.
Foster was charged with Possession/Dominion of Firearm by Felon; Theft 2nd Degree; and Dometic Abuse Assault Display or Use Weapon.
Bond was set at $12,000 and he was booked into the Ringgold County Jail.
Any potential criminal charges identified above are merely allegations and any defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
