The Mount Ayr wrestling team picked up a Pride of Iowa Conference dual win over Bedford last Thursday, 30-22.
The Raiders were scheduled to wrestle last Tuesday in a dual meet with West Central Valley, Clarke, Woodward-Granger, and Lenox, but that meet was canceled.
There were five open classes for both teams in the dual. They were the 175, 215, 120, 132, and 157 classes. Mount Ayr won matches by forfeit at 106, 113, 126, 144. Conlee Stark won the only contested match out of four with a pin over Trace Ewart at 150.
The Raiders had a dual meet with SE Warren-Melcher-Dallas. The Raiders will be back on the mat this Saturday at the Central Decatur duals in Leon.
