The Raiderette golf team traveled to East Union last Tuesday to battle it out with Martensdale-St. Marys, Southeast Warren, East Union and Wayne in cold and windy conditions.
The Raiderettes fielded EmmaLee Schafer, Linsie Barnes, Mallory Weehler and Alana Doolittle.
Schafer took the gold medal on the day with a 52 overall, followed by Weehler with 58, Barnes with 60 and Doolittle with 77.
The Raiderettes took first overall as a team with a 247, while East Union was second with 253 and Wayne and Southeast Warren both had 292. Martensdale-St. Marys had one golfer for the day.
The Raider golf team stayed home for the meet, hosting Southeast Warren, Martensdale-St. Marys, Wayne and East Union.
The Raiders shot a 208 and took second to the Wayne Falcons who shot a 194. East Union took third with 215, while Southeast Warren finished fourth with 219
Drew Ehlen did take medal honors, scoring 40, five strokes ahead of Wayne’s Wyatt Carlson.
Dylan Graham shot a 53, Louden Main shot a 56, Kash Wasteney shot a 59, Quinn Coulson shot a 60 and Keye Willis shot a 62.
