On March 17, Robert Lyde Mccully was arrested in Redding on charges of possession or carrying a dangerous weapon while intoxicated and harassment in the first degree.
According to court documents, Mccully had a confrontation with his neighbor in which Mccully admitted to producing a 9mm Kimber and firing a shot into the air.
A PBT was given and shows Mccully had a blood alcohol contest of 0.16.
Mccully admitted to officers to having been drinking beer and whisky during the day.
Mcully was arrested and was booked into the Ringgold County Jail on a $3,000 cash/surety bond.
