The Mount Ayr Raiders split two duals against Pride of Iowa Conference teams.
The Raiders beat Lenox 30-28 but fell to SE Warren-Melcher-Dallas 54-18. It was the last night of POI duals during the season.
Against Lenox, Mount Ayr won five matches in the dual. There were four weights open at the dual, 106, 120, 138, and 175. Mount Ayr won three matches by forfeit. Winning forfeited matches were Jeremiah Gilliland at 113, Tate Schaefer at 132, and Ty Noble at 150. Winning contested matches were Bock Shaha at 126 who won by pin in 2:30 and Conlee Stark at 157 by major decision, 15-4 at 157.
Mount Ayr fell 54-18 to SE Warren-Melcher-Dallas. The Raiders won three matches in the dual. Gilliland won by forfeit at 106. Brock Shaha pinned Sam Leibach at 120 in 3:40. Conlee Stark won the other match for the Raiders at 150 with a pin over Drake Steil in 3:45.
There were two weights open in the dual, at 113 and 157.
