The Raider and Raiderette bowling teams traveled to Clarinda for the second meet of the season December 3.
The Raiderette alley cats had three bowlers to compete, falling to the Cardinals by a score of 2,350 to 925.
Despite the loss, the Raiderettes bowled well, led by Stephanie Post with a 242 and Laurie Belzer with a 205. Andrea Sickels narrowly missed a 200 game with a 195 total.
The Raiderettes bowled a 283 baker game.
The Raiders had the five bowlers they needed but came up short, falling to Clarinda 2,767 to 1,691.
The Raiders were led by Hunter Jay with a 277, followed by Brandon Lane with a 238, Cris Edwards with a 200, Scout Supinger with a 197 and Jarred Larson with a 170.
The Raiders bowled a 609 in the bakers.
The bowlers traveled to Nodaway Valley for their third meet of the season on December 8.
