‘Breakfast with the Master’ concludes Friday

A full house attended the first day of the Breakfast with the Master series of Holy Week observances. The series continues through Friday at the First Christian Church in Mount Ayr.
The Ringgold County Ministerial Association has again sponsored its annual “Breakfast with the Master” series of Holy Week observances at the First Christian Church in Mount Ayr.
The series, entitled “The Nails,” concludes Friday, April 18.
On Thursday, April 17, New Life Family Church, St. Joseph Catholic Church, and the Lighthouse will prepare egg casseroles, fruit, cereal, and juice. Pastor Doug Greene will offer the music, and Pastor Paul Chishala will speak on the “Nail of Judgment.” Pastor Al Rusk will serve as emcee.
On Friday, April 18, the Mount Ayr United Methodist and the Free Methodist churches will serve oatmeal and toppings along with assorted breads and muffins, fruit cup, boiled eggs, and juice. Simply Voices will provide the music, with Rev. Lorinda Hoover speaking on the “Nail of Death. Pastor Charles Weiman will serve as emcee.
Now in its 41st year, the Breakfast with the Master series of freewill offering meals help the people of Ringgold County all year long when crisis comes.
