According to the Mount Ayr Track and Field facebook page, in a race 3 years apart, in 2022 senior Adalyn Reynolds competed for the last time at Drake Stadium and achieved a time of 25.93, securing the silver medal in the 200m final and setting a school record.
Last week, her sister Emma, matched this exact time in her first appearance on the track, tying the school record and qualifying for Saturday’s 200m final.
The Reynolds sisters now share the top time in school history for the 200m, alongside brother Ryce, who also holds the school record in the boys’ 200m.
