Jerry Lee Campbell, 53, of Clearfield, Iowa, died December 24, 2009 at his home in Clearfield from heart disease. He was cremated and there are no services planned at this time. Burial will be at a later date in the Clearfield cemetery. Memorials are to the family. Mr. Campbell, son of Jean (Keller) Campbell and Dale M. Campbell, was born June 18, 1956 in Corning, Iowa. Jerry graduated from Clearfield high school in 1975. Jerry was a truck driver for 36 years and drove for various trucking companies most recently with Curtis Trucking. Jerry was united in marriage to Robin (Dawson) Marcum on November 7, 2003.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Campbell and a sister, Jody Turnbull.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Robin Campbell of Clearfield, Iowa; children, Cassie Marcum of Clearfield, Iowa, Bridgett Bradley of Sand Point, Idaho, Leslie Campbell of Clearfield, Iowa, Jennifer McCarty of Fort Madison, Iowa, Tangi Campbell of Lebanon, Kentucky, Jeri Tungate of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Jeana Cruz of Clearfield, Iowa and Rachael Campbell and Kortney Seever, both of Palm Springs, California; 10 grandchildren; his father, Dale Campbell and wife Beverly of Diagonal, Iowa; siblings, Beverly (Joe) Sage of Clearfield, Iowa, Jack (Cindy) Campbell of Clearfield, Iowa, Jill (Roger) Breach of Lenox, Iowa, Jimmy (Shelly) Campbell of Des Moines, Iowa, Joey Campbell of Des Moines, Iowa and Jay (Teresa) Campbell of Maryville, Missouri, and nieces, nephews and all the little kids.
