Sam Stewart was unanimously selected for the 2019 girls basketball POI All-Conference first team last week.

Making second team was Keirston Klommhaus and Rachel Sobotka received an honorable mention.
Between the Raiderettes selected, they scored a total of 851 points, 26 blocks, 188 steals and 381 rebounds.
Other girls on first team were Jensen Archibald of Martensdale-St. Mary’s, Morgan Shuey of Southwest Valley, Alli Masters of Central Decatur and Emma Atwood of Central Decatur. Archibald and Atwood were both unanimous selections as well.
On second team, Skylyr Stewart of Martensdale-St. Mary’s, Jentry Schafer of Southwest Valley and Abbie Ridgway and Erica Kauzlarich of Central Decatur.
Ridgway received a unanimous selection.
Other honorable mentions from the POI were Paige Oldenkamp of Bedford, Lexi Shike of Nodaway Valley, Maddy Stott of Martensdale-St. Mary’s, Lexie Hael of Southwest Valley, Callie Gossman of East Union, TJ Stoaks of Lenox, Alliey Boswell of Central Decatur and Josie Harman of Southeast Warren.
