The Raiders saw a slow start, but once the bats got hot, the team did as well as they saw Isaac Grose hit a home run and a double for four RBI and one run in four at-bats.
Grose also started on the mound and pitched five innings, throwing 84 pitches, allowing three runs, including one earned run and struck out nine batters.
Briar Knapp relieved Grose and pitched one inning and threw 14 pitches.
Connor Eaton had a great game for the Raiders as well, recording three runs on two hits with one RBI and two stolen bases.

Mount Ayr hosted the Nodaway Valley Wolverines last Friday in a game of baseball that went the distance.
The Wolverines looked to have had it won, as they led heading into the seventh leading 2-0, however, the Raiders rallied and came back to tie the game deep into the bottom of the seventh.
The first seven innings were thrown by Keelan Klommhaus who allowed three hits and two runs with 12 strikeouts.
Briar Knapp took the mound to begin the extra innings portion of the night.
The top of the eighth went quietly as Knapp truck out two, walked one and a pop out told the story.
The Raiders saw similar luck, with one strikeout and two ground outs. The game would go 11 innings.
In the eleventh inning, Knapp recorded two strikeouts for outs one and three, with out two, coming from a ball that was overthrown at first, while the runner was heading to second he was tagged by a nicely placed pass.
The bottom of the eleventh saw the Raiders win the game on a Connor Eaton hit.
Mount Ayr had runners on third, second and with an intentional walk of Grose, his third of the game, first.Keelan Klommhaus and Knapp struck out leaving two outs on the board. Cayden Lambert stepped to the plate and made contact with a deep right hit that saw Kolben Klommhaus across home and Lambert to first.
“I haven’t been able to hit the ball much lately, and it helps a lot to get a good hit,” said Cayden Lambert. “It was difficult with their dugout and coaches and I think we came together as a team toward the end and our pitching definitely won us the game.”
Lambert was met at the dugout with an emptying of the gatorade jug over his head by teammates Austin Greenland and Dalton Elwood.
“We always seem to have very good competitve, rivalry type games with Nodaway Valley, up there it was 4-3 and we felt we owed them one,” said coach Chris Elwood. “Keelan pitched exceptionally well for seven innings. The kids kept fighting, they kept working at it, Briar came in and pitched very effectively and we just stuck with it and it was a great win. This is one we really wanted to get and we are happy to get it.”
