The Raiderette volleyball squad travel to Bedford tonight to face the Central Decatur Cardinals amd Bedford Bulldogs.
The Raiderettes are coming off a 16-11 season, while the Cardinals are coming off a 15-12 season.
Central Decatur is without their star athlete, Emma Atwood this year and also took losses with Alliey Boswell, Erica Kauzlarich, Emmy Stone and Abbie Ridgway as they move on to collegiate careers.
Bedford is coming off an 8-24-1 record from a year ago, and graduated Makinna Russell and Paige Oldenkamp.
Mount Ayr saw Keirston Klommhaus, MacKenzie Shields, Amber Davison and Sammy McGill graduate, with Klommhaus going on to play for DMACC.
The Raiderettes will look toward some familiar faces to lead them to victory this year as the new crop of seniors step into leadership roles.
