The Raider bowling season got off to a start back in November and the Raider and Raiderette rollers have been busy.
MA, SEW, LD
The Raiders hosted a meet to kick off the season, where they finished second with a score of 1,816.
In total pins, the Raiders held third and fourth with Tony Daleske and Dylan Swank with 288 and 286, respectively, while Ethan Johns and Cain Harmening had 240 and 205.
Rounding out the day was Jarred Larson and Nick Roemer with 196 and 158.
The Raiderettes also finished second overall with 1,548 pins.
Southeast Warren took first in the meet with a 1,810 and Lamoni scored a 169.
Andrea Sickels led the way for the Raiderettes with a 252 in total pins, while Laurie Belzer and Aubrey Reed placed fifth and sixth with 227 and 218.
Brittany Lane scored a 173 on the day while Chaddlan Supinger and Alyssa Jay closed out the day with 152 and 114.
Nodaway Valley
The Raiders traveled to Greenfield to face the Wovlerines where they took the win by a core of 1,571 to Nodaway Valley’s 1,512.
Mount Ayr’s Tony Daleske was second in total pins with a 272.
Hunter Morgan and Ethan Johns saw fourth and fifth with 242 and 209, respectively, while Cain Harmening, Trevor Rice and Jarred Larson scored 195, 172 and a 167 on the day.
The Raiderettes also found success in Greenfield, defeating the Wolverines 1,415 to 915.
The Raiderettes came out with first, second and third place finishes with total pins.
Aubrey Reed led the day with 303 pins, followed by Laurie Belzer with 214 and Andrea Sickels with 196.
Chaddlan Supinger scored a 162 on the day and Alyssa Jay scored a 132.
Centerville
The Bowlers third meet of the season went saw them host Centerville.
The Raiders fell to the Big Reds 2,091 to 1,916.
The Raiderettes got the win over Centerville, defeating the Big Reds 1,647 to 1,531.
