Tickets for the 2023 Hall of Fame banquet and induction ceremony are now available.
The Mount Ayr Community Schools Hall of Fame was established created to honor graduates, employees, teams, individuals, and friends of the Mount Ayr Community School for their accomplishments and/or service to the Mount Ayr Community School, and to inspire our students to become the best that they can be.
New Hall of Fame inductees include: Jake Dailey, Dan Roe, Blaine Scott and Robert Ricker, Jr.
Tickets are $35 each or $240 for a table of eight. A reservation form can be found on page 4 of today’s Record-News.
Deadline for reservations is Thursday, September 8.
The event will be held in the high school commons on Saturday, September 16 in conjunction with the Mount Ayr Homecoming celebration.
Social hour will begin at 5 p.m. in the high school commons with a catered banquet dinner beginning at 6 p.m.
The induction ceremony will get underway following dinner.
MACHS English/drama instructor Shaun Kniep will serve as mistress of ceremonies.
Each inductee or their family members will speak during the evening.
