Dental care returns to Mount Ayr

Rodney Gold, DDS initially began providing dental care in Mount Ayr and Leon on June 1, 2023 before taking a short break. Dr. Gold returned to Infinity Health roughly four months ago, and has been providing dental services in Mount Ayr every Monday and Thursday.
As a federally qualified dental center, Infinity Health serves patients covered by Medicaid along with any other insurance plan. They also have a sliding scale fee, for those who qualify.
According to Dr. Gold, “There are not many dental offices that have openings for people covered under Medicaid.”
Dr. Gold practiced in his hometown of Bedford and Tucson, AZ prior to joining Infinity Health.
The demand for dental care is not showing any signs of slowing down, and Infinity Health will soon be adding a second dentist to the Mount Ayr location.
Alli Frain, DDS will be providing dental care on Tuesdays in Mount Ayr, once she returns to the office.
Infinity Health currently offers dental and behavioral services on Mondays and Thursdays between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Closed between 12-1 p.m. daily.)
