RALPH KEATING JOHNSTON

RALPH KEATING, SON OF MR. AND MRS. W. M. JOHNSTON, DIED AT THE HOME IN MOUNT AYR ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, AGED SEVEN.  HE HAD BEEN SICK BUT A SHORT TIME, DEATH BEING DUE TO PNEUMONIA. HE WAS A BRIGHT LITTLE FELLOW, APT IN HIS STUDIES, A REGULAR ATTENDANT AT SUNDAY SCHOOL AND WELL LIKED BY HIS CLASSMATES. THE FUNERAL WAS CONDUCTED FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM THE RESIDENCE BY REV. P.V. D. VEDDER, ASSISTED BY REV. DR. JOSEPH CALHOUN, AND THE INTERMENT WAS MADE IN THE ROSE HILL CEMETERY. THE BEREAVED PARENTS AND BROTHERS AND SISTERS HAVE THE HEARTFELT SYMPATHY OF THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY.
