Kenneth Turner Saltzman

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Saltzman is shrouded in gloom because of the death of their little son, Kenneth Turner, August 20, 1924 aged 6 months and 5 days.  He is survived by his father, mother, little brother L.J., sister Virginia Lee, a host of other relatives.  His life, though brief, was not in vain.  He has been transplanted into the Good Garden of immortality, cared for by loving hands.  Ere sin could blight or sorrow fade, Death came with friendly care, The opening bud to Heaven conveyed, And bade it blossom there. The funeral was held at the Methodist Episcopal Church Thursday, August 21, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Jay Kirkendall, and the little boy was laid to rest in Rose Hill Cemetery.
