MARY L. BRAMON (APRIL 28, 1847-AUGUST 8, 1929)

MARY L. BRAMON WAS BORN APRIL 28, 1847, IN BUFFALO, N.Y., AND DIED AT THE HOME OF HER SON, FRED BRAMON, NEAR DELPHOS, AUGUST 8, 1929, AT THE AGE OF 82 YEARS, THREE MONTHS, AND TEN DAYS. WHEN SIX MONTHS OLD SHE MOVED WITH HER PARENTS TO FOND DU LAC, WI., AND LIVED THERE UNTIL 1864,, WHEN SHE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO ROBERT HAENTZE. TO THAT UNION ONE SON, CHARLES, OF SEATTLE WA. WAS BORN.

IN 1868 SHE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO JAMES H. BRAMON, WHO PASSED AWAY APRIL 19, 1900. SIX CHILDREN WERE BORN TO THIS UNION. WARREN, WHO DIED AT THE AGE OF 13 YEARS; FRED OF NEAR DELPHOS; CLARA LAHS AND ELLA MCPERSON OF DELPHOS; CORA TOMLINSON OF WENATCHEE, WA., AND MRS. MYRTLE PATTERSON OF MOUNT AYR. SHE ALSO LEAVES TO MOURN HER DEATH 16 GRANDCHILDREN, TWO GREAT GRANDDAUGHTERS AND A HOST OF FRIENDS.

IN 1902 SHE BECAME A MEMBER OF THE DELPHOS CHIRSTIAN CHURCH AND HAS EVER REMAINED A TRUE AND FAITHFUL MEMBER.

FUNERAL SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED FROM THE CHURCH OF CHRIST AT MOUNT AYR SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AT 2:30 BY REV. E.S. MENOHER, PASTOR OF THE METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH. INTERMENT WAS MADE IN ROSE HILL CEMETERY.
