BRADLEY GREGG CLYMER

Bradley Gregg Clymer was born to Melissa Clymer and Larry Gregg on August 6, 1985, in Mount Ayr, IA. He entered into eternal rest as the result of an accidental drowning on July 17, 2021, in Fergus Falls, MN at the age of 35 years, 11 months and 11 days.
Brad was raised by his grandparents, Bo and Judy Clymer after the untimely death of his parents. He was educated in the Mount Ayr School district and graduated in 2003. In his younger years, he played baseball and wrestled. He was always surrounded by many friends. He often was the one to instigate shenanigans…like the time he shot his brother, Mitchell, with a BB gun twice in the same day and begged him not to tell on him the second time.
He worked at Gavilon Grain for three years and though he loved his job, you couldn’t keep a free-spirited man down for long. Many times, he would travel the country hitchhiking from town to town, exploring and creating new and exciting adventures. Along his travels he would find and adopt animals to join him along his path. And no matter where he went or how down and out, he may be, he always worked out and kept in shape. He had a great love of nature, the Chicago Cubs, the Iowa Hawkeyes and tattoos.
But his greatest love was his family, particularly his children. He was blessed with four children during his young life Alivia Ann Harris, born 2/17/2007; Killian Beauregard Daniels, born 1/14/2015; Layla Kaye Clymer, born 10/6/2016 and coming soon Wrigley Gregg Clymer. He also was able to add in Devin James Baker, age 18 and MaKenzie Arlene Baker, age 16 and Logan Konruff to his tribe. Though he may not have shown it in traditional ways, all of these children had his heart and were often the topic of conversation when he was around.
Left to cherish his memory is his fiancé, Amanda Brook; children, Alivea, Killian and Layla; step-children, Devin, MaKenzie and Logan; siblings, Mitchell (Kierra) Clymer and Brittany Marshall; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Julia and Aurabella Clymer and Alexia Fannon, Laine Brown, Lillian Caldwell and Annalee Caldwell; ex-wife, Melissa Clymer, and long-time best friend, Kashayla Rayhons as well as a wealth of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, nephew, Christian Clymer, niece, Opal Clymer, and Aunt, Terri Clymer.
Visitation, with the family present, will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 29 at Armstrong Funeral Home.
