LEON, Iowa – Tuesday night the Raiderettes hit the road to face off against the Central Decatur Cardinals. The Raiderettes brought home a blow out victory with the game ending score being 68-28.
The Raiderettes dominated every aspect of the game from opening tip off to the closing baskets, never letting the Cardinals get the upper hand.
Junior Dannie Stewart had a dominating game, leading the Raiderettes in points with 24 points scored. She also achieved the most steals in the game with five total steals. Junior Izzy Gilbertson followed behind with 17 total points scored. Gilbertson also not only achieved the most rebounds in the game, but the most defensive rebounds in the game with a total of 11 rebounds and eight defensive rebounds getting her a final double-double of the conference season. She also came out the game with the most blocks in the game as well with five total blocks.
Sophomore Emma Reynolds with 12 points scored and six rebounds for Mount Ayr.
